tom came today to put in the fence posts...(he did the corners earlier this week) and its amazing how it's "changed the view" from our deck... some of these shots is easy to see the ridge they removed...(the first shot would've looked like the line of posts were in a "ditch"...get it?)
I LOVE IT... somehow today it all seemed real... its TANGIBLE... and its almost DONE!
...also, please notice the grass in these pictures... we don't have the best looking yard in the neighborhood (although its come a LOOONG way since april...thanks, mom!!) but lee sure is proud of our grass!
we've still got a few bare spots in the back corner (you can see it a little from the last picture)... but its nothing short of a MIRACLE that after all the WIND and POURING RAIN (the kind that washes...not GROWS things) that the grass has even sprouted... and if that grass needed another excuse not to grow, i think i MIGHT have put the sprinkler on it for a couple of days after the landscaper left...
today was the first day that lee mowed the "new grass"... it was a big deal!
... my fence is SOOO close i can TASTE IT! lee and i are looking forward to camping out in the backyard... this will be my first experience camping... and nershi will have free reign of his backyard! :) fun! camping...but i can still use MY bathroom and take a SHOWER! :)

I can't believe that is your yard!! Look at that grass! We are hoping someday to get a fence in our back yard so Sadie can run free. Today we are getting her a small kids pool!! She is going to love it.
