chain of events

eden was relatively easy to wash off after dinner last night... she doesn't let too much go to waste these days (we've switched to oatmeal instead of rice cereal & she's ALL ABOUT IT!)... so, instead of chunking her straight in the tub, i thought she'd like to get down and play a bit before her bath...

well, apparently i forgot to wash her feet off*... but, lucky for us! our handy family dog, nershi was willing to wash her feet for me. yes, the above picture he is nearly completely UNDER her exersaucer...

*her hands are messy because she insists on grabbing the spoon and chewing on her fingers when she has a mouth full of food... then she grabs her toes :)

and for some reason, instead of putting on my proverbial poncho and bathing her in the sink... i thought it would be fun to put her in MY tub... she's sitting up for short intervals of time now...
nershi with the look on his face "i wasn't done cleaning her feet" :) or do you think he wanted to jump in?
she was a bit confused at first, but had a great time! :) (i had to get in there with her to wash her off...golly jeepers she was SLIPPERY!!)

THEN! when we got out, i put her in my new favorite outfit**...

and after all this attention and excitement, someone was ALREADY ready for bed (que eye-rubbing) ... oh, after a bottle of course! :)
