life has begun...

life after LIGHTSCOOP, that is!!

say good-bye to pesky, bleached out photos... and ghostly "deer in the headlight" faces...

i said so long to them about 4 o'clock today... and now i'm asking myself "how did i live this long without this contraption?!"

and if you were wondering, NO, i could NOT wait until christmas for this thing...

the following pictures have NOT been edited and are "sooc" (straight out of the camera)

this is the last picture i'll ever take* without my lightscoop:
*unless we're outside with loads of natural light
and here are unedited pictures WITH the lightscoop...

no red-eye, no blotchy skin, no "stunned look", no blinking, no blurry background, no washed out colors... no more "ok, let's get a good picture, so turn on EVERY light in the house so i don't have to use the flash".... ahh, just pure photography bliss....

makes an EXTREMELY amatuer photographer, like me... feel a tiny bit like pioneer woman.

heck, it even makes nershi look good when he's in trouble for standing on the furniture. hah.
oh, and a special thanks to patrice (and her sweet photography subject, jonah!) sharing about her lightscoop... reading her post was how i discovered this nifty gadget in the first place!

Maybe I need to look in to that. I always get those "deer in headlights" faces from Peyton when the flash goes off!
