per ashley's request... i thought i'd share a few of my favorite products...(in addition to the ones that i've already shared with y'all in the past--woolite rug stick, mini moon pies, trader joe's dog treats, etc etc!!)

planter's nut-rition energy mix...

this stuff is great! its the first "mix" of any kind that i actually reaaaallllly like each component. its not full of pretzels or cashews. bleck... apparently pretzels and cashews are the cheapest thing to throw in a "mix" because that's always the majority of the mix...

oh, and bonus! this line of nut mix stuff is on sale right now at target! :)

jersey mikes... i simply LOVE this place... their bread is amazing...

i know, i know... most folks are either all about jersey mikes or jimmy john's... i've not tried jimmy john's recently (went there a time or two when i was at state--they opened one on hillsborough st.), but it wasn't even CLOSE to how good jersey mikes was! i get a number 8 and i substitute the bacon for roast beef.

pf chang's... need i say more? i get sichuan from the sea... "with all of them"--its supposed to be a choice of scallops, shrimp, or calamari... but i love all of them! its a sweet-spicy dish... and its just delightful.

ok... non-food related...

garnier fructis root booster...

it WORKS. i spray it on my roots after i towel-dry my hair (its like a spray gel) and then dry my hair upside down and WA-LAAAH!

...trust me... i have the FLATTEST hair! and i think i've tried everything once... and i can't stomach paying "salon" prices for stuff that i'm not sure works thaaaat greeeeat.

caddysac headbands!! these things are great! :)

they're comfy and reversible! so, you get two headbands for the price of one.... oh yeah, and she's LOCAL! :)

...you may recall, lee got me a diaper bag from them for my birthday this past year...

and my canon sd1200-is

...this camera seems to gather its own light... meaning i don't have to use the flash*

*great for TWO reasons--saves your battery and it takes better pictures!

as much as i LOVE my nikon d40x, its a little bit big to carry around in my purse/diaper bag... but this baby does the trick! its as close to a dslr camera as i've seen in a "pocket camera"

so, what are some of the things YOU like to use?! i enjoyed reading ashley's post... and you know, she's exactly right--sometime we are afraid to try new things because we all hate wasting the rest of something because it didn't taste good... or it didn't work like we thought it would... or we were disappointed with the variety we tried...

and what is it they say? "word of mouth is the best advertisement" :)
