words cannot describe how excited i was to see a healthy baby and a healthy strong heartbeat! wow... i couldn't stop laughing and i heard a sniffle or two from my baby daddy ;) (but don't tell him i told ya that)
i had an idea of what i THOUGHT it would be like today, i carefully examined the size of the screen on the little mobile computer ultrasound thing-y.... and was trying to make sure i could see everything i could see today... well, as i was changing and putting on the "luxurious" paper robe... i see a HUGE flat screen tv (maybe 42" or something?!?)... yeah, it was basically like a jumbo-tron picture of what is in my uterus... SUPER COOL!! the high-tech ultrasound TOTALLY made up for my utter disappointment after my last visit...
so, without furter a-do... here's baby hop's first photo shoot! :-D
here's the one where they got the best measurement... they slightly adjusted my due date... to lee's birfdayyyy! (april 12th)

and here's the baby "looking at the camera"... if you look closely or click to enlarge (if it will let you--i don't know how to do that--sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't...any hoo) you can see the eyes... they're the two super white spots in the middle of the face (duh!)
this appointment was the boost i needed today! i felt GREAT all day and you couldn't wipe the smile off of my face if you tried! after i got home from work & dinner, baby hop & i took nershi on a walk... then i weeded and pruned the yard (yes, you're reading that correctly, mom!)...

i go back on the 29th to hear the heartbeat, then 5-6 weeks after that i get to know if its a boy or a girl (considering baby's cooperation!)... wow! so much exciting stuff coming up!!
