a preview to the week...

i'm looking forward to this week for sooo many reasons!

monday: the bennetts are coming over... and we're having my homemade lasagna (lee's request)... and i just love having people over! :)

wednesday: lee and i are going to visit a good friend and shoot some machine guns! :) yippee! (i'm just so proud of my hubby for going with me!) then we're leaving there and going to see his parents and all the renovations they've done at their house! can't wait!

friday: dad leaves for texas for a friend's daughter's graduation... and i'll meet up with him next tuesday in the airport to leave for utah...

saturday: lee and i are going to see brad paisley & dierks bentley with tyler & rachel ann! :) soo excited about summer concerts...they're ALWAYS fun!

sunday: we're headed to a neighborhood party! i'm so excited about this, too! :)  should be fun to meet a few of the neighbors we've yet to meet... and just hang out and have fun!

...and HOPEFULLY this week will be the completion of our office renovations (VERY ready for all of this!) and of course MY FENCE!! i am soooo excited... really, i DREAM about it at night! seriously...

i'm reaaaaaally crossing my fingers that he finshes the fence tomorrow, but i doubt it... the part that's left is probably the part that will take the longest... hammering each of those boards into the frame... but, all the concrete is set up... so the foundation is done! :)

i am always so thankful for my sundays... its a day to relax and make my own schedule! today i went to the grocery store and took my time... i really didn't need too much, but its nice to go once in a while when you can look at what they have instead of what you NEED! you never know what you'll find... then i came home and made the lasagna for tomorrow... took a nap... cleaned the house... made enchiladas with spanish rice for dinner (yum!)... and just enjoyed being with lee when he got home from work :)

even though i was a little disappointed with myself for not doing something outside, because it was SOOO pretty today, i just wanted/needed the day for me! i enjoyed cleaning the house and getting it looking back semi-normal again! this past week was busier than i thought... when lee and nershi went running last night i was OUT by the time they got back... like SNORING! and they were only gone for about 30 minutes or so! haha... and my eyes didn't open again for about 12 hours... (and did i mention i took a nap today, too?!)
