as i mentioned last night, i'm really fighting this darn cold/allergy fit! i felt super groggy this morning...took some medicine and headed to work...
on my way to run an errand my fuel light came on so i decided to whip in to the local service station and fill 'er up...as i'm waiting for the tank to fill up, i'm talking to everyone in the station...and as we're talking i tell them "you know, i really don't feel like myself today...i'm forgetting stuff and i just feel like i'm in a bubble"
...walk out the door, hop in the car, drive away...
i hear a LOUD HORN! and then a CLUNK! ...oh man, i thought i was in a wreck...
NOPE!
...i drove off with the pump still in the car :( fortunately, there was no damage... mrs. dot (working at the gas station) had some sort of alarm that blew trying to warn me... and they have the "quick release" cord... (designed for doofuses like ME!)
and in true hannah fashion... anytime i do something really embarrassing... there are a LOT of people around... you know how i roll! :)
so i get back to work and i tell granny how embarrassed i was... and don't really mention it to anyone else... but... news travels fast in a small town--glad i could bring a smile to everyone's face today...
