tonite i was feeling like i didn't have the ingredients for whatever i wanted to make for dinner...i was determined to make something out of what i had!!
...and i think part of the lack of motivation was the fact that we had VERYYYY large DELICIOUS dinners SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!! whoa!
so took leftover pasta sauce...sausage...and whole wheat rotini noodles (the corkscrews) and made a baked dish...YUM! brown the sausage...boil the pasta...mix in sauce...sprinkle with parmesan & shredded cheese...pop it in the oven for 20 mins or so...WAH LAH!
i must say, the sausage made the dish...now, i know it wasn't "italian sausage"...but it was good ole breakfast sausage...
...now, moving on! easter is over...and what do you do with all that leftover candy?! (if you got any! haha)
