that reminds me...

after my last post, it dawned on me that i never told my faithful blog readers (all 4 of you! haha) that mom and i went out this week on my first babyhop shopping experience...

we weren't planning on buying anything but i wanted to SEE some of the stuff i'd picked out and shopped for online... mainly the crib & the bedding and to take a look at a few strollers & "travel systems" haha

we also made a pit-stop into pottery barn baby... wow... loved that place!

the crib that lee and i picked out as our favorite was at babies-r-us... and by the way i'd like to mention that we BOTH picked this crib independently and were pleasantly surprised to find out the other one picked the same one! :) ...we're a good team!

and the bedding i'd seen that i really liked was at jcpenney's...

so, what did i think about all this stuff that i picked out when i saw it in person? ...the crib & the bedding are "online only" ...well isn't that just super.

and even though my thought originally was to do gender neutral bedding so we could (mayyyyyybe) use it again one day, i've realized i was only picking out gender neutral stuff because i don't know what gender babyhop is yet...

...i have an inkling that once we find out (cross your fingers for late october), lee and i will pick out something a little more "specific"... who knows...

all in all... it was fun doing the "babyhop shop" with mom... macy's, pottery barn baby, jcp's, babies-r-us... bonefish for dinner & ben&jerry's for dessert... with a quick visit to lee's work for a quick "hey" and a hug :)
