so easy a caveman can do it!

lee and i are NOT the tomato afficionados, but these are GREAT!

i found the recipe on kraftfoods.com & just HAD to try it...

slice a tomato in half (or more if you got 'em) across the "equator" then dig your finger in the guts and scoop 'em out... then fill the holes with blasamic vinaigrette... top with grated parmesan cheese (not the sprinkle kind, the kind that looks like little bitty shreds)

bake in a 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes (i put the timer on 10 and just watch 'em after that) until you see the cheese just start to turn brown (kinda like on the top of a pizza)
trust me, just try it! for no other reason than to SMELL this! it really looks and tastes like something you'd pay a lot of $$ for as an appetizer or side at a fancy italian restaurant.
