tomorrow night...our THROWDOWN airs...on food network (its most likely at 8:30 if your in the Raleigh area)...but check your local listings!! lee is getting REALLY excited! he told me last night "it would be worth it if we were on there for just 2 seconds!" ...haha...i think it already was worth it! :)
