....where is it!?!? i know how terrible i am about losing my drivers license so i don't EVER take it out of my wallet...and if i do take it out, i leave my wallet open 'til i put it back in...
aww shucks...one more thing to put on my "to-do" list...came home, searched high and low...dirty laundry...clean laundry...in the car-between the seats...you get the idea...
...got to work this morning after taking lee's car to the ford dealership (its STILL not fixed to this minute...taking a little longer than we expected)...and dad suggested i go get a new license now, before i get stuck without it...off i went!
BEGGED the man at the DMV to use the picture on file...literally...BEGGED! but he assured me he would take a great picture of me (you've got to be kidding right?)...he even let me POSE! :) "turn to the side, and tilt your head a little"...and i added in my own BIG CHEESY GRIN! HA!
...pay my $10...and am stuffing it in that trusty little pocket that i ALWAYS keep my license in...but i notice it won't go in...hmm...BECAUSE MY OLD DRIVERS LICENSE WAS IN THERE?!?! haha...it was stuck so far down in that slot, the DMV man used some pliers to get it out...and he very kindly let me keep both of them...i assured him i would put one away and use it for travel and one would (AGAIN) never leave my wallet :)

Well at least you don't live here in Maine. We need to show 2 proofs of address just to change our address, the sad part of it all is, that is the honest truth. Good luck keeping track of this one.
