non-stick? i think not!

why on earth did i not use my aluminum foil today? i ALWAYS use it...easy clean-up, non-stick, etc....

but silly me, thought i could just plop my fries on the pan and throw it in the oven...but these jokers are STUCK! and the ones that aren't are torn all to pieces! grrr... (you can click on the picture to enlarge...its TRAGIC!)
i just don't trust the "non-stick" name attached to kitchen stuff lately...these are my CALPHALON PANS!?!

SOMEONE didn't mind how the fries looked...he said they were good ;) (don't worry i didn't give him all of them!)

my french fries were supposed to go nicely along with my sloppy joes! lee's been "requesting" these for a little while now...sloppy joe's are one of those recipes that make me remember childhood...i remember mom making them for me! with cheeeeese! :) i don't think i've ever made them as "a grown up" haha...
