after utter disappointment knowing we were doing the right thing by NOT going on the 20th due to dangerous roads...they FINALLY postponed the concert at the last minute...

celine would wait...this couldn't get any better

i scooted out of work a little early...we had a WONDERFUL sushi dinner and headed straight over to the RBC center...celine had gordie brown as an opening act...he did impressions and impersonations (are they two different things?)
::
then the lady herself arrived...and it was worth the wait and the money!! between the classic songs and the dancers...wardrobe changes, the lights..and HER! she is gorgeous and she didn't miss a note!
now, i must explain this picture...she was singing the titanic song...and the way they put the lights on everyone, we all looked like candles...and she had on the most phenomenal black dress...and notice that above the lights, there were lit candles, too...incredible...it gives me chills just telling you about it!!! (as i'm typing, lee is looking over my shoulder and making fun of me...are you surprised?)
....then it ended....but i did pick up on a few snazzy dance moves! thanks for going with me, mom!! and yay for girls night out! :)

Yes, you HAVE added several "celine-isms" to your portfolio of dramatics & chest thumping... It's funny how those little things you do stick and go on & on & on & on & on with you... loser, like, hilarious! They all make up the million reasons why I love you like crazy, my sweet girl.
