a little sidetracked

so today at work i hopped in to vacation mode!!! i couldn't be more excited about spending 3 straight days with my fabulous husband LEE! no Omega, no Perry's, nothing but VACATION! the whole process of planning this vacation has been very fast! like most things lee and i plan (right, mom?)...which has probably been the biggest blessing, because we wouldn't sleep for MONTHS if we'd planned this too far in advance...but suddenly, today this seemed like the start of the LONGEST WEEK...

it must be programmed in my brain to be excited this time of year...we're rapidly approaching our 2 year wedding anniversary and i'm so thankful for all 730 days...each of the 1,051,200 minutes! wow...a MILLION MINUTES OF MARRIAGE!

so, since i've run out of things to clean (and am contemplating volunteering my services...ha), i've started making my list of things to pack that i'll most likely forget and have started the very early stages of packing...ok, basically i've just looked at the weather and thought about what i'll wear while we're down there...ha...i plan on packing SATURDAY! haha

little nershi is excited about his vacation, too!! he's staying with granny & grandaddy (his great-grandparents...sorta) and i have no doubt he'll be spoiled to the max! grandaddy loves taking his afternoon walk...now he'll have company! and of course, granny's cooking...are you kidding me? i considered staying over there, too while lee went to universal! ;)
